1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using clawsome.studio (the "Site") or purchasing any products or services offered by Commerceflow LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or purchase our services.

2. Services

clawsome.studio offers the following products and services:

• • Pre-Built Agent Licenses — One-time purchase of a production-ready AI agent delivered as deployable code.
• • Custom Agent Development — Bespoke AI agent development scoped and priced per engagement.
• • Managed Deployment Services — Ongoing deployment, integration, and support on a monthly retainer basis.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase of a pre-built agent license, Commerceflow LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to deploy and use the agent within your own business operations. White-label use is permitted — you may rebrand and deploy the agent as part of your own product offering.

For custom-built agents, ownership of the final delivered code transfers to you upon full payment. Commerceflow LLC retains no rights to the custom deliverable after transfer.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on agent licenses, custom development engagements, or managed service fees once work has commenced or a license has been delivered. This applies to both one-time purchases and monthly subscriptions.

For monthly managed services, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any licensed agent code beyond what is expressly permitted.
• • Resell or redistribute a pre-built agent license as a standalone product without written permission.
• • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and pre-built agent code prior to purchase — is the property of Commerceflow LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase of a license, you receive the rights described in Section 3. Commerceflow LLC retains all rights not expressly granted. The clawsome.studio brand, name, and associated marks remain the exclusive property of Commerceflow LLC.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — including revenue increases, cost reductions, or operational improvements — from the use of our agents or services. Results will vary based on your business, implementation, and use of the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commerceflow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Commerceflow LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
